Hi, my name is Rene. I've had a passion for programming from a young age — it's a complicated but extensive world. After moving to Germany from my homeland of Croatia, I sought to continue that dream. There were ups and downs, but in the end I managed to secure my diploma and decided to move back to Croatia (my beloved) — and I'm currently seeking employment.

An internal web application that lets business customers reorder consumables on their own, replacing an error-prone manual phone-and-email process.
Integrated a third-party ERP REST API (Desk4) with JWT authentication, token caching and automatic retry on failure, behind a clean service layer.
Calculates each customer's most-ordered products from invoice history; session-based cart; hourly product sync via the Laravel scheduler.
15 PHPUnit tests, all passing; delivered within an 80-hour budget.
Built during my apprenticeship — source code isn't public as it was developed for an employer.
